Bathtub Leak in New Canaan

The drain line from a second-floor bathtub soaked through the batten insolation in the New Canaan home, leaving a water stain plus black mold on the garage ceiling. SERVPRO can inspect using a moisture sensor to remove the water-soaked ceiling sheetrock panels. Once the subfloor is exposed from the garage, the leak can be fixed, the assembly dried and sprayed with an antimicrobial agent, and then closed up with new drywall sheets. Our team makes sure that the dormant spores have been exterminated with the agent before completing the reconstruction. Mold can be a tricky issue to remediate.
